Conscious is a professional services firm founded in 2020 by Beth Harrison following 26 years in the furniture sector of commercial real estate.

When I was employed as a Sales Director, I found it challenging to make the time for the strategic planning necessary in maintaining a sustainable business. These were tasks I really enjoyed such as: researching potential new markets or products, analysing the business approach and its systems and processes. Despite this desire, it was all too easy to focus on the immediate business needs and lose sight of the future.
