Beth has a valuable commercial outlook, within an everchanging and competitive market, that has resulted in winning new business and retaining significant contracts. Since founding Conscious, Beth has successfully supported a variety of businesses and industries, most of whom continue to work with her today.

Michael has more than twenty years of project management experience and is the founder of Emenco PMC; providing impartial, affordable, and reliable project management services. He has gained respect within his industry at all levels, not just for managing complex projects across the globe, but also for establishing the duplicable, project methodologies, executed across his team for their clients. With industry specific qualifications including ‘Construction Contracting Operations Management”, Michael is a vital member of the Conscious team providing experienced insight and expertise.
